Hi, i wanna make a site where peoples must share info to read another...
The idea is to make a community, and people have to share info, the info must be approved by the admin, and depends on the kind of the information they share they will have 1 day to 1 week of access to other information...
Which CMS i can use? is there any plugin to do this?

Wordpress is the best then put a plugin like buddy press... It is a very usefull plugin where your readers can also be a part of your community...
